Pricing

The prices shown on our web site are current, however prices are subject to change without notice. Every attempt will be made to notify the customer of a price change prior to shipping.

Taxes

All applicable taxes will be charged unless a tax-exemption certificate is provided by the customer at the time of order.

Terms

Net 30 days, FOB Sea Cliff, NY on all approved accounts.

Credit

Government agencies and municipalities may purchase on open account. Individuals may purchase by check, Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Shipping

Orders received by 3:00 pm Eastern Time, on in-stock items, will be shipped the same day. Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to your order.

Claims

Customer must make all claims for damage occurring in transit upon receipt of goods directly to the shipping carrier. Please save all boxes and packing material. All shipment errors must be reported within 5 days directly to our Customer Service Department at 1-800-492-0255.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, unless it is a customized item, not in the original sealed package, a non-stock item, any sterile product that has been opened, items purchased for resale, or items determined not to be in resalable condition. In some cases a restocking fee may apply. Please contact G. E. Pickering, Inc to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) before returning any items. Please have the invoice number and item number available. Mark the outside of the box with the RA#.
